Industry: Luxury Appartments
Glasshouse
Telephonix had the privilege of being selected by Rycon Construction to be a part of the amazing Glasshouse project. The project got its name due Pittsburgh being well known as the glass capital of the United States. Glasshouse is a mixed-use development overlooking the Monongahela River. Telephonix performed the installation of the cabling infrastructure, entry system, access control, CCTV system, Audio/Visual, Wireless Access, Fiber Optic cabling, and data rooms.

Tapestry Senior Living Moon Township
Telephonix had the privilege of being selected by A & M Higley company to be a part of the Tapestry Senior living Moon township project. The project consisted of a remodel of a large hotel (Embassy Suites) into the spectacular Senior living facility it turned into. Telephonix performed the complete installation of all new low voltage cabling infrastructure, access control, CCTV system, Audio/Visual, wireless access, fiber optic cabling, nurse call, and data room fit outs. Telephonix had their work cut of for them on this project dealing with concrete filled walls that consisted of poured concrete and rebar through nearly every wall. Telephonix core drilled over 500 core holes to create pathways for the new cabling infrastructure.

Aurora Tech Forge
Telephonix had the privilege of being selected by Aurora Operations, Inc. to perform the low voltage scope of work for their new Autonomous car facility in Lawrenceville PA. The project consisted of design work, installation of WBT basket tray, CAT6A and CAT6 infrastructure, Access control, and CCTV, and Intrusion

The Watson Institute
Telephonix had the privilege of teaming up with PJ Dick and be a part of the renovations of The Watson Institute in Sewickley PA. The project consisted of new cabling infrastructure, data room fits outs, new entry systems, CCTV for both the overall building and classrooms, access control, A/V, wireless clocks, paging, and intercom.

Oakhill at Brackenridge
Telephonix had the privilege of partnering with Entergy Electric and Fairchance construction to be a part of the new 140 unit apartment project. The project consisted of 4 new apartment buildings along with the renovation of the clubhouse. Telephonix installed fire alarm systems, area of rescue, and tenant entry systems in each building.

Vision on 15th
Telephonix is very proud to have been selected to partner with Entergy Electric and Burns and Scalo for the Vision on 15th new construction project. The project of 275,000 SF of commercial office space, 5,000 SF of street level retail, and 20,000 SF research and development space. The building amenities include a 5,000 SF reception space with co-working area, recreation, cafe, security, fitness center, and a lounge. The outdoor amenities include a number of occupiable terraces for office tenants and activated parklet with public art installation. Set to occupy an existing surface parking lot, the development will also include multi-modal transportation accommodations consisting of 384 parking spaces, bike storage spaces, as well as a bike and electric scooter sharing program for both project tenants and the general public. Doughboy apartments
Telephonix is proud to partner with Nelcon construction and action housing on the new Doughboy apartment buildings. Currently under construction, the Sixth Ward Flats is a two-building, 35-unit new construction affordable housing project located in Lawrenceville. The project is being built on two of the last remaining vacant parcels in Doughboy Square, a highly-visible gateway to the neighborhood. The development will feature 1,000 SF of first-floor commercial space leased to a community-oriented use, an outdoor patio, secure bike parking, energy-efficient building systems, and other amenities. Eight of the affordable apartments will have a preference for individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities, with supportive services provided in partnership with ACHIEVA. Construction completion is expected in early 2021. Telephonix has been selected to perform the low voltage infrastructure, tenant entry systems, access control, CCTV, Fire alarm and Area of rescue for this amazing project.
